Nuzul
وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يَقُولُ ءَامَنَّا بِٱللَّهِ فَإِذَآ أُوذِىَ فِى ٱللَّهِ جَعَلَ فِتْنَةَ ٱلنَّاسِ كَعَذَابِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَئِن جَآءَ نَصْرٌ مِّن رَّبِّكَ لَيَقُولُنَّ إِنَّا كُنَّا مَعَكُمْ ۚ أَوَلَيْسَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَعْلَمَ بِمَا فِى صُدُورِ ٱلْعٰلَمِينَ
وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يَّقُوْلُ اٰمَنَّا بِاللّٰهِ فَاِذَآ اُوْذِيَ فِى اللّٰهِ جَعَلَ فِتْنَةَ النَّاسِ كَعَذَابِ اللّٰهِ ۗوَلَىِٕنْ جَاۤءَ نَصْرٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّكَ لَيَقُوْلُنَّ اِنَّا كُنَّا مَعَكُمْۗ اَوَلَيْسَ اللّٰهُ بِاَعْلَمَ بِمَا فِيْ صُدُوْرِ الْعٰلَمِيْنَ
wa minan-nāsi may yaqụlu āmannā billāhi fa iżā ụżiya fillāhi ja'ala fitnatan-nāsi ka'ażābillāh, wa la`in jā`a naṣrum mir rabbika layaqụlunna innā kunnā ma'akum, a wa laisallāhu bi`a'lama bimā fī ṣudụril-'ālamīn
Dan di antara manusia ada orang yang berkata: "Kami beriman kepada Allah", maka apabila ia disakiti (karena ia beriman) kepada Allah, ia menganggap fitnah manusia itu sebagai azab Allah. Dan sungguh jika datang pertolongan dari Tuhanmu, mereka pasti akan berkata: "Sesungguhnya kami adalah besertamu". Bukankah Allah lebih mengetahui apa yang ada dalam dada semua manusia?
And of the people are some who say, "We believe in Allah," but when one [of them] is harmed for [the cause of] Allah, they consider the trial of the people as [if it were] the punishment of Allah. But if victory comes from your Lord, they say, "Indeed, We were with you." Is not Allah most knowing of what is within the breasts of all creatures?

وَمِنَ

dan diantara
And of
ٱلنَّاسِ
النَّاسِ
manusia
the people
مَن
مَنۡ
orang
(is he) who
يَقُولُ
يَّقُوۡلُ
dia berkata
says
ءَامَنَّا
اٰمَنَّا
kami beriman
We believe
بِٱللَّهِ
بِاللّٰهِ
dengan/kepada Allah
in Allah
فَإِذَآ
فَاِذَاۤ
maka apabila
But when
أُوذِىَ
اُوۡذِىَ
dia disakiti
he is harmed
فِى
فِى
pada
in
ٱللَّهِ
اللّٰهِ
Allah
(the Way of) Allah
جَعَلَ
جَعَلَ
dia jadikan
he considers
فِتْنَةَ
فِتۡنَةَ
fitnah
(the) trial
ٱلنَّاسِ
النَّاسِ
manusia
(of) the people
كَعَذَابِ
كَعَذَابِ
seperti azab
as (the) punishment
ٱللَّهِ
اللّٰهِؕ
Allah
(of) Allah
وَلَئِن
وَلَٮِٕنۡ
dan jika
But if
جَآءَ
جَآءَ
datang
comes
نَصْرٌۭ
نَـصۡرٌ
pertolongan
victory
مِّن
مِّنۡ
dari
from
رَّبِّكَ
رَّبِّكَ
Tuhanmu
your Lord
لَيَقُولُنَّ
لَيَـقُوۡلُنَّ
pasti mereka berkata
surely they say
إِنَّا
اِنَّا
sesungguhnya kami
Indeed, we
كُنَّا
كُنَّا
adalah kami
were
مَعَكُمْ ۚ
مَعَكُمۡؕ
beserta kamu
with you
أَوَلَيْسَ
اَوَلَـيۡسَ
ataukah bukan
Is not
ٱللَّهُ
اللّٰهُ
Allah
Allah
بِأَعْلَمَ
بِاَعۡلَمَ
dengan lebih mengetahui
most knowing
بِمَا
بِمَا
dengan/terhadap
of what
فِى
فِىۡ
dalam
(is) in
صُدُورِ
صُدُوۡرِ
dada
(the) breasts
ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
الۡعٰلَمِيۡنَ
semesta alam (manusia)
(of) the worlds

Sebab turunnya ayat ini sudah dipaparkan dalam surah an-Nisa.
