Qaraa

إِن تَحْرِصْ عَلَىٰ هُدَىٰهُمْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِى مَن يُضِلُّ ۖ وَمَا لَهُم مِّن نّٰصِرِينَ

اِنْ تَحْرِصْ عَلٰى هُدٰىهُمْ فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا يَهْدِيْ مَنْ يُّضِلُّ وَمَا لَهُمْ مِّنْ نّٰصِرِيْنَ

in taḥriṣ 'alā hudāhum fa innallāha lā yahdī may yuḍillu wa mā lahum min nāṣirīn

Jika kamu sangat mengharapkan agar mereka dapat petunjuk, maka sesungguhnya Allah tiada memberi petunjuk kepada orang yang disesatkan-Nya, dan sekali-kali mereka tiada mempunyai penolong.

[Even] if you should strive for their guidance, [O Muhammad], indeed, Allah does not guide those He sends astray, and they will have no helpers.

إِن

اِنۡ

jika

تَحْرِصْ

تَحۡرِصۡ

kamu sangat mengharapkan

you desire

عَلَىٰ

عَلٰى

atas

[for]

هُدَىٰهُمْ

هُدٰٮهُمۡ

petunjuk mereka

their guidance

فَإِنَّ

فَاِنَّ

maka sesungguhnya

then indeed

ٱللَّهَ

اللّٰهَ

Allah

لَا

tidak

(will) not

يَهْدِى

يَهۡدِىۡ

memberi petunjuk

guide

مَن

مَنۡ

orang

whom

يُضِلُّ ۖ

يُّضِلُّ

Dia sesatkan

He lets go astray

وَمَا

dan tidak ada

and not (are)

لَهُم

لَهُمۡ

bagi mereka

for them

مِّن

مِّنۡ

dari

any

نَّـٰصِرِينَ

نّٰصِرِيۡنَ‏

para penolong

helpers

٣٧
