Qaraa

أَمْ لَهُمْ ءَالِهَةٌ تَمْنَعُهُم مِّن دُونِنَا ۚ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ نَصْرَ أَنفُسِهِمْ وَلَا هُم مِّنَّا يُصْحَبُونَ

اَمْ لَهُمْ اٰلِهَةٌ تَمْنَعُهُمْ مِّنْ دُوْنِنَاۗ لَا يَسْتَطِيْعُوْنَ نَصْرَ اَنْفُسِهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ مِّنَّا يُصْحَبُوْنَ

am lahum ālihatun tamna'uhum min dụninā, lā yastaṭī'ụna naṣra anfusihim wa lā hum minnā yuṣ-ḥabụn

Atau adakah mereka mempunyai tuhan-tuhan yang dapat memelihara mereka dari (azab) Kami. Tuhan-tuhan itu tidak sanggup menolong diri mereka sendiri dan tidak (pula) mereka dilindungi dari (azab) Kami itu?

Or do they have gods to defend them other than Us? They are unable [even] to help themselves, nor can they be protected from Us.

أَمْ

وَلَا

dan tidak

يُصْحَبُونَ

يُصۡحَبُوۡنَ‏

mereka dibela/ditolong

can be protected
