(are) the deaf

ٱلْبُكْمُ

الۡبُكۡمُ

bisu

the dumb

ٱلَّذِينَ

الَّذِيۡنَ

orang-orang yang

those who

لَا

tidak

(do) not

يَعْقِلُونَ

يَعۡقِلُوۡنَ‏

mereka mengerti
