Qaraa

فَبِمَا نَقْضِهِم مِّيثٰقَهُمْ وَكُفْرِهِم بِـَٔايٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَقَتْلِهِمُ ٱلْأَنۢبِيَآءَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ وَقَوْلِهِمْ قُلُوبُنَا غُلْفٌۢ ۚ بَلْ طَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهَا بِكُفْرِهِمْ فَلَا يُؤْمِنُونَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا

فَبِمَا نَقْضِهِمْ مِّيْثَاقَهُمْ وَكُفْرِهِمْ بِاٰيٰتِ اللّٰهِ وَقَتْلِهِمُ الْاَنْۢبِيَاۤءَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ وَّقَوْلِهِمْ قُلُوْبُنَا غُلْفٌ ۗ بَلْ طَبَعَ اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهَا بِكُفْرِهِمْ فَلَا يُؤْمِنُوْنَ اِلَّا قَلِيْلًاۖ

fa bimā naqḍihim mīṡāqahum wa kufrihim bi`āyātillāhi wa qatlihimul-ambiyā`a bigairi ḥaqqiw wa qaulihim qulụbunā gulf, bal ṭaba'allāhu 'alaihā bikufrihim fa lā yu`minụna illā qalīlā

Maka (Kami lakukan terhadap mereka beberapa tindakan), disebabkan mereka melanggar perjanjian itu, dan karena kekafiran mereka terhadap keterangan-keterangan Allah dan mereka membunuh nabi-nabi tanpa (alasan) yang benar dan mengatakan: "Hati kami tertutup". Bahkan, sebenarnya Allah telah mengunci mati hati mereka karena kekafirannya, karena itu mereka tidak beriman kecuali sebahagian kecil dari mereka.

And [We cursed them] for their breaking of the covenant and their disbelief in the signs of Allah and their killing of the prophets without right and their saying, "Our hearts are wrapped". Rather, Allah has sealed them because of their disbelief, so they believe not, except for a few.

فَبِمَا

maka disebabkan

Then because of

نَقْضِهِم

نَقۡضِهِمۡ

pelanggaran mereka

their breaking

مِّيثَـٰقَهُمْ

مِّيۡثَاقَهُمۡ

perjanjian mereka

(of) their covenant

وَكُفْرِهِم

وَكُفۡرِهِمۡ

dan kekafiran mereka

and their disbelief

بِـَٔايَـٰتِ

بِاٰيٰتِ

dengan/terhadap ayat-ayat

in (the) Signs

ٱللَّهِ

اللّٰهِ

Allah

(of) Allah

وَقَتْلِهِمُ

وَقَتۡلِهِمُ

dan pembunuhan mereka

and their killing

ٱلْأَنۢبِيَآءَ

الۡاَنۡۢبِيَآءَ

Nabi-Nabi

(of) the Prophets

بِغَيْرِ

بِغَيۡرِ

dengan tidak/tanpa

without

حَقٍّۢ

حَقٍّ

kebenaran

any right

وَقَوْلِهِمْ

وَّقَوۡلِهِمۡ

dan perkataan mereka

and their saying

قُلُوبُنَا

قُلُوۡبُنَا

hati kami

Our hearts

غُلْفٌۢ ۚ

غُلۡفٌ ؕ

tertutup

(are) wrapped

بَلْ

بَلۡ

tetapi/bahkan

Nay

طَبَعَ

telah mengunci mati

(has) set a seal

ٱللَّهُ

اللّٰهُ

Allah

عَلَيْهَا

عَلَيۡهَا

atasnya/hati mereka

on their (hearts)

بِكُفْرِهِمْ

بِكُفۡرِهِمۡ

dengan/karena kekafiran mereka

for their disbelief

فَلَا

maka tidak

so not

يُؤْمِنُونَ

يُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ

mereka beriman

they believe

إِلَّا

اِلَّا

kecuali

except

قَلِيلًۭا

قَلِيۡلًا‏

sedikit

a few
