He wills

وَيُثْبِتُ ۖ

وَيُثۡبِتُ ​ۖ ​ۚ

dan Dia menetapkan

and confirms

وَعِندَهُۥٓ

وَعِنۡدَهٗۤ

dan disisinya

and with Him

أُمُّ

اُمُّ

Ummul

(is) the Mother (of) the Book

ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ

الۡكِتٰبِ‏ 

Kitab

(is) the Mother (of) the Book
