Qaraa

مَّا يَوَدُّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ مِنْ أَهْلِ ٱلْكِتٰبِ وَلَا ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ أَن يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُم مِّنْ خَيْرٍ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلْفَضْلِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ

مَا يَوَدُّ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا مِنْ اَهْلِ الْكِتٰبِ وَلَا الْمُشْرِكِيْنَ اَنْ يُّنَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِّنْ خَيْرٍ مِّنْ رَّبِّكُمْ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهٖ مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيْمِ

mā yawaddullażīna kafarụ min ahlil-kitābi wa lal-musyrikīna ay yunazzala 'alaikum min khairim mir rabbikum, wallāhu yakhtaṣṣu biraḥmatihī may yasyā`, wallāhu żul-faḍlil-'aẓīm

Orang-orang kafir dari Ahli Kitab dan orang-orang musyrik tiada menginginkan diturunkannya sesuatu kebaikan kepadamu dari Tuhanmu. Dan Allah menentukan siapa yang dikehendaki-Nya (untuk diberi) rahmat-Nya (kenabian); dan Allah mempunyai karunia yang besar.

Neither those who disbelieve from the People of the Scripture nor the polytheists wish that any good should be sent down to you from your Lord. But Allah selects for His mercy whom He wills, and Allah is the possessor of great bounty.

كَفَرُوا۟

كَفَرُوۡا

kafir/ingkar

disbelieve

مِنْ

أَهْلِ

اَهۡلِ

Ahli

(the) People

ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ

الۡكِتٰبِ

Kitab

(of) the Book

وَلَا

dan tidak

and not

ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ

الۡمُشۡرِكِيۡنَ

orang-orang musyrik

those who associate partners (with Allah)

أَن

اَنۡ

bahwa

that

يُنَزَّلَ

يُّنَزَّلَ

mereka menurunkan

(there should) be sent down

عَلَيْكُم

عَلَيۡڪُمۡ

atas kalian

to you

مِّنْ

مِّنۡ

dari

any

خَيْرٍۢ

خَيۡرٍ

kebaikan

good

مِّن

مِّنۡ

dari

from

رَّبِّكُمْ ۗ

رَّبِّکُمۡؕ

Tuhan kalian

your Lord

وَٱللَّهُ

وَاللّٰهُ

dan Allah

And Allah

يَخْتَصُّ

يَخۡتَصُّ

Dia menentukan

chooses

بِرَحْمَتِهِۦ

بِرَحۡمَتِهٖ

dengan rahmatNya

for His Mercy

مَن

مَنۡ

orang/siapa

whom

يَشَآءُ ۚ

يَّشَآءُ ؕ

Dia kehendaki

He wills

وَٱللَّهُ

وَاللّٰهُ

dan Allah

And Allah

ذُو

mempunyai

(is the) Possessor

ٱلْفَضْلِ

الۡفَضۡلِ

karunia

(of) [the] Bounty

ٱلْعَظِيمِ

الۡعَظِيۡمِ‏

besar

[the] Great
