Qaraa

مَّآ أَشْهَدتُّهُمْ خَلْقَ ٱلسَّمٰوٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا خَلْقَ أَنفُسِهِمْ وَمَا كُنتُ مُتَّخِذَ ٱلْمُضِلِّينَ عَضُدًا

۞ مَآ اَشْهَدْتُّهُمْ خَلْقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ وَلَا خَلْقَ اَنْفُسِهِمْۖ وَمَا كُنْتُ مُتَّخِذَ الْمُضِلِّيْنَ عَضُدًا

mā asy-hattuhum khalqas-samāwāti wal-arḍi wa lā khalqa anfusihim wa mā kuntu muttakhiżal-muḍillīna 'aḍudā

Aku tidak menghadirkan mereka (iblis dan anak cucunya) untuk menyaksikan penciptaan langit dan bumi dan tidak (pula) penciptaan diri mereka sendiri; dan tidaklah Aku mengambil orang-orang yang menyesatkan itu sebagai penolong.

I did not make them witness to the creation of the heavens and the earth or to the creation of themselves, and I would not have taken the misguiders as assistants.

۞ مَّآ

أَشْهَدتُّهُمْ

اَشۡهَدْتُّهُمۡ

Aku mempersaksikan mereka

I made them witness

خَلْقَ

خَلۡقَ

ciptaan

the creation

ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ

السَّمٰوٰتِ

langit(jamak)

(of) the heavens

وَٱلْأَرْضِ

وَالۡاَرۡضِ

dan bumi

and the earth

وَلَا

dan tidak

and not

خَلْقَ

خَلۡقَ

ciptaan

the creation

أَنفُسِهِمْ

اَنۡفُسِهِمۡ

diri mereka sendiri

(of) themselves

وَمَا

dan tidak

and not

كُنتُ

كُنۡتُ

Aku adalah

I Am

مُتَّخِذَ

mengambil

the One to take

ٱلْمُضِلِّينَ

الۡمُضِلِّيۡنَ

orang-orang yang menyesatkan

the misleaders

عَضُدًۭا

عَضُدًا‏

pembantu/penolong

(as) helper(s)
