Qaraa

يٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ شَهٰدَةُ بَيْنِكُمْ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَكُمُ ٱلْمَوْتُ حِينَ ٱلْوَصِيَّةِ ٱثْنَانِ ذَوَا عَدْلٍ مِّنكُمْ أَوْ ءَاخَرَانِ مِنْ غَيْرِكُمْ إِنْ أَنتُمْ ضَرَبْتُمْ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ فَأَصٰبَتْكُم مُّصِيبَةُ ٱلْمَوْتِ ۚ تَحْبِسُونَهُمَا مِنۢ بَعْدِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ فَيُقْسِمَانِ بِٱللَّهِ إِنِ ٱرْتَبْتُمْ لَا نَشْتَرِى بِهِۦ ثَمَنًا وَلَوْ كَانَ ذَا قُرْبَىٰ ۙ وَلَا نَكْتُمُ شَهٰدَةَ ٱللَّهِ إِنَّآ إِذًا لَّمِنَ ٱلْءَاثِمِينَ

يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا شَهَادَةُ بَيْنِكُمْ اِذَا حَضَرَ اَحَدَكُمُ الْمَوْتُ حِيْنَ الْوَصِيَّةِ اثْنٰنِ ذَوَا عَدْلٍ مِّنْكُمْ اَوْ اٰخَرٰنِ مِنْ غَيْرِكُمْ اِنْ اَنْتُمْ ضَرَبْتُمْ فِى الْاَرْضِ فَاَصَابَتْكُمْ مُّصِيْبَةُ الْمَوْتِۗ تَحْبِسُوْنَهُمَا مِنْۢ بَعْدِ الصَّلٰوةِ فَيُقْسِمٰنِ بِاللّٰهِ اِنِ ارْتَبْتُمْ لَا نَشْتَرِيْ بِهٖ ثَمَنًا وَّلَوْ كَانَ ذَا قُرْبٰىۙ وَلَا نَكْتُمُ شَهَادَةَ اللّٰهِ اِنَّآ اِذًا لَّمِنَ الْاٰثِمِيْنَ

yā ayyuhallażīna āmanụ syahādatu bainikum iżā ḥaḍara aḥadakumul-mautu ḥīnal-waṣiyyatiṡnāni żawā 'adlim mingkum au ākharāni min gairikum in antum ḍarabtum fil-arḍi fa aṣābatkum muṣībatul-maụt, taḥbisụnahumā mim ba'diṣ-ṣalāti fa yuqsimāni billāhi inirtabtum lā nasytarī bihī ṡamanaw walau kāna żā qurbā wa lā naktumu syahādatallāhi innā iżal laminal-āṡimīn

Hai orang-orang yang beriman, apabila salah seorang kamu menghadapi kematian, sedang dia akan berwasiat, maka hendaklah (wasiat itu) disaksikan oleh dua orang yang adil di antara kamu, atau dua orang yang berlainan agama dengan kamu, jika kamu dalam perjalanan dimuka bumi lalu kamu ditimpa bahaya kematian. Kamu tahan kedua saksi itu sesudah sembahyang (untuk bersumpah), lalu mereka keduanya bersumpah dengan nama Allah, jika kamu ragu-ragu: "(Demi Allah) kami tidak akan membeli dengan sumpah ini harga yang sedikit (untuk kepentingan seseorang), walaupun dia karib kerabat, dan tidak (pula) kami menyembunyikan persaksian Allah; sesungguhnya kami kalau demikian tentulah termasuk orang-orang yang berdosa".

O you who have believed, testimony [should be taken] among you when death approaches one of you at the time of bequest - [that of] two just men from among you or two others from outside if you are traveling through the land and the disaster of death should strike you. Detain them after the prayer and let them both swear by Allah if you doubt [their testimony, saying], "We will not exchange our oath for a price, even if he should be a near relative, and we will not withhold the testimony of Allah. Indeed, we would then be of the sinful."

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا

يٰۤـاَيُّهَا

wahai

O you

ٱلَّذِينَ

الَّذِيۡنَ

orang-orang yang

who

ءَامَنُوا۟

اٰمَنُوۡا

beriman

believe

شَهَـٰدَةُ

شَهَادَةُ

penyaksian

(Take) testimony

بَيْنِكُمْ

بَيۡنِكُمۡ

diantara kamu

among you

إِذَا

اِذَا

apabila

when

حَضَرَ

datang/menghadapi

approaches

أَحَدَكُمُ

اَحَدَكُمُ

salah seorang kamu

one of you

ٱلْمَوْتُ

الۡمَوۡتُ

kematian

[the] death

حِينَ

حِيۡنَ

ketika

(at the) time (of making)

ٱلْوَصِيَّةِ

الۡوَصِيَّةِ

berwasiat

[the] a will

ٱثْنَانِ

اثۡـنٰنِ

dua orang

two

ذَوَا

mempunyai

men

عَدْلٍۢ

عَدۡلٍ

keadilan

just

مِّنكُمْ

مِّنۡكُمۡ

diantara kamu

among you

أَوْ

اَوۡ

atau

ءَاخَرَانِ

اٰخَرَانِ

dua orang lain

two others

مِنْ

مِنۡ

dari

from

غَيْرِكُمْ

غَيۡـرِكُمۡ

selain kamu

other than you

إِنْ

اِنۡ

jika

أَنتُمْ

اَنۡـتُمۡ

kamu

you

ضَرَبْتُمْ

ضَرَبۡتُمۡ

kamu bepergian

(are) travel(ing)

فِى

ٱلْأَرْضِ

الۡاَرۡضِ

bumi

the earth

فَأَصَـٰبَتْكُم

فَاَصَابَتۡكُمۡ

maka/lalu menimpa kamu

then befalls you

مُّصِيبَةُ

مُّصِيۡبَةُ

bencana

calamity

ٱلْمَوْتِ ۚ

الۡمَوۡتِ ؕ

kematian

(of) [the] death

تَحْبِسُونَهُمَا

تَحۡبِسُوۡنَهُمَا

kamu menahan keduanya

Detain both of them

مِنۢ

مِنۡۢ

dari

from

بَعْدِ

بَعۡدِ

sesudah

after

ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ

الصَّلٰوةِ

sholat

the prayer

فَيُقْسِمَانِ

فَيُقۡسِمٰنِ

maka/lalu keduanya bersumpah

and let them both swear

بِٱللَّهِ

بِاللّٰهِ

dengan (nama) Allah

by Allah

إِنِ

اِنِ

jika

ٱرْتَبْتُمْ

ارۡتَبۡتُمۡ

kamu ragu-ragu

you doubt

لَا

tidak

Not

نَشْتَرِى

نَشۡتَرِىۡ

kami membeli

we will exchange

بِهِۦ

بِهٖ

dengannya

it for

ثَمَنًۭا

ثَمَنًا

harga

a price

وَلَوْ

وَّلَوۡ

walaupun

even if

كَانَ

adalah

he is

ذَا

memiliki

(of)

قُرْبَىٰ ۙ

قُرۡبٰى ۙ

kerabat

a near relative

وَلَا

dan tidak

and not

نَكْتُمُ

نَـكۡتُمُ

kami menyembunyikan

we will conceal

شَهَـٰدَةَ

شَهَادَةَ ۙ

kesaksian

testimony

ٱللَّهِ

اللّٰهِ

Allah

(of) Allah

إِنَّآ

اِنَّاۤ

sesungguhnya kami

Indeed, we

إِذًۭا

اِذًا

jika demikian

then

لَّمِنَ

tentu termasuk

(will) surely (be) of

ٱلْـَٔاثِمِينَ

الۡاٰثِمِيۡنَ‏

orang-orang yang berdosa

the sinners
