فَإِذَا بَلَغْنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَأَمْسِكُوهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ فَارِقُوهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍ وَأَشْهِدُوا۟ ذَوَىْ عَدْلٍ مِّنكُمْ وَأَقِيمُوا۟ ٱلشَّهٰدَةَ لِلَّهِ ۚ ذٰلِكُمْ يُوعَظُ بِهِۦ مَن كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْءَاخِرِ ۚ وَمَن يَتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُۥ مَخْرَجًا
فَاِذَا بَلَغْنَ اَجَلَهُنَّ فَاَمْسِكُوْهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوْفٍ اَوْ فَارِقُوْهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوْفٍ وَّاَشْهِدُوْا ذَوَيْ عَدْلٍ مِّنْكُمْ وَاَقِيْمُوا الشَّهَادَةَ لِلّٰهِ ۗذٰلِكُمْ يُوْعَظُ بِهٖ مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللّٰهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْاٰخِرِ ەۗ وَمَنْ يَّتَّقِ اللّٰهَ يَجْعَلْ لَّهٗ مَخْرَجًا ۙ
fa iżā balagna ajalahunna fa amsikụhunna bima'rụfin au fāriqụhunna bima'rụfiw wa asy-hidụ żawai 'adlim mingkum wa aqīmusy-syahādata lillāh, żālikum yụ'aẓu bihī mang kāna yu`minu billāhi wal-yaumil-ākhir, wa may yattaqillāha yaj'al lahụ makhrajā
Apabila mereka telah mendekati akhir iddahnya, maka rujukilah mereka dengan baik atau lepaskanlah mereka dengan baik dan persaksikanlah dengan dua orang saksi yang adil di antara kamu dan hendaklah kamu tegakkan kesaksian itu karena Allah. Demikianlah diberi pengajaran dengan itu orang yang beriman kepada Allah dan hari akhirat. Barangsiapa bertakwa kepada Allah niscaya Dia akan mengadakan baginya jalan keluar.
And when they have [nearly] fulfilled their term, either retain them according to acceptable terms or part with them according to acceptable terms. And bring to witness two just men from among you and establish the testimony for [the acceptance of] Allah. That is instructed to whoever should believe in Allah and the Last day. And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out

Nuzul
فَإِذَا
فَاِذَا
maka apabila
Then when
بَلَغْنَ
بَلَغۡنَ
telah sampai
they have reached
أَجَلَهُنَّ
اَجَلَهُنَّ
waktu mereka
their term
فَأَمْسِكُوهُنَّ
فَاَمۡسِكُوۡهُنَّ
maka tahanlah mereka
then retain them
بِمَعْرُوفٍ
بِمَعۡرُوۡفٍ
dengan baik
with kindness
أَوْ
اَوۡ
atau
or
فَارِقُوهُنَّ
فَارِقُوۡهُنَّ
ceraikan mereka
part with them
بِمَعْرُوفٍۢ
بِمَعۡرُوۡفٍ
dengan baik
with kindness
وَأَشْهِدُوا۟
وَّاَشۡهِدُوۡا
dan persaksikan
And take witness
ذَوَىْ
ذَوَىۡ
dua orang mempunyai
two men
عَدْلٍۢ
عَدۡلٍ
keadilan
just
مِّنكُمْ
مِّنۡكُمۡ
diantara kamu
among you
وَأَقِيمُوا۟
وَاَقِيۡمُوا
dan dirikanlah
and establish
ٱلشَّهَـٰدَةَ
الشَّهَادَةَ
kesakisan-kesaksian
the testimony
لِلَّهِ ۚ
لِلّٰهِ ؕ
karena Allah
for Allah
ذَٰلِكُمْ
ذٰ لِكُمۡ
demikian itu
That
يُوعَظُ
يُوۡعَظُ
diberi pengajaran
is instructed
بِهِۦ
بِهٖ
dengannya/dengan itu
with it
مَن
مَنۡ
orang
whoever
كَانَ
كَانَ
adalah
[is]
يُؤْمِنُ
يُؤۡمِنُ
dia beriman
believes
بِٱللَّهِ
بِاللّٰهِ
kepada Allah
in Allah
وَٱلْيَوْمِ
وَالۡيَوۡمِ
dan hari
and the Day
ٱلْـَٔاخِرِ ۚ
الۡاٰخِرِ ۙ
akhirat
the Last
وَمَن
وَمَنۡ
dan barang siapa
And whoever
يَتَّقِ
يَّـتَّـقِ
bertaqwa
fears
ٱللَّهَ
اللّٰهَ
Allah
Allah
يَجْعَل
يَجۡعَلْ
Dia menjadikan
He will make
لَّهُۥ
لَّهٗ
baginya
for him
مَخْرَجًۭا
مَخۡرَجًا ۙ
jalan keluar
a way out
