Qaraa

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ حَقَّتْ عَلَيْهِمْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ حَقَّتْ عَلَيْهِمْ كَلِمَةُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُوْنَ

innallażīna ḥaqqat 'alaihim kalimatu rabbika lā yu`minụn

Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang telah pasti terhadap mereka kalimat Tuhanmu, tidaklah akan beriman,

Indeed, those upon whom the word of your Lord has come into effect will not believe,

Tafsir Ayat 96

(Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang telah pasti) telah dipastikan (terhadap mereka kalimat Rabbmu) yaitu azab Allah telah pasti atas mereka (tidaklah akan beriman).
